Abdullah Saa'd Al-Dahlawi is a Saudi national with more than thirty five (35) years of experience mostly captured from two world wide recognized companies, Saudi Aramco and SABIC. (SADAF & Shell Of America). Abdullah is a USA university graduate of one of West Virginia's best colleges & universities. His fields of studies were in Communication, Computer Science & Political Science. Abdullah also achieved a very strong  postgraduate academic accomplishments, earned more than seventy (70) postgraduate technical, leadership and managerial training courses that go beyond the requirements of a Master and PHD. He is the author of the 21st Century Training Program, which consists of more than one hundred (100) training courses in two languages English & Arabic.
